We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead to drive the growth and brand strategy for a leading global Web3 events platform.
This high-impact role will oversee all marketing, communications, and audience engagement initiatives across flagship conferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies across multiple global events.
- Strengthen brand positioning within the Web3 and digital innovation ecosystem.
- Drive ticket sales, community engagement, and digital growth through data-driven campaigns.
- Oversee owned channels, including social media, newsletters, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and creative excellence.
Requirements
- 7-10 years' experience in marketing, ideally in Web3, technology, or large-scale events.
- Proven expertise in digital and performance marketing, social strategy, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of crypto or emerging tech communities preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Based in or open to relocating to Hong Kong (preferred) or Singapore .
