The NUS Centre for Future-ready Graduates (CFG) adopts a multipronged, student-centric approach to help students articulate strengths, refine skills and demonstrate value to employers.

CFG has developed a four-year roadmap to enhance employability through a repertoire of skills programmes and industry-focused experiential opportunities, supporting students from undergraduates to postgraduates to grow, discover their passions, and explore multiple pathways.

CFG offers more than 15 unit-bearing courses in collaboration with academic and industry partners, continuously innovating to provide the best tools, preparedness, and mindset for students to launch a career and develop transferable life skills.

About The Role

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Planning & Coordination, this role will play a critical part in developing and implementing branding and marketing strategies to enhance students’ career readiness and employability.

We Are Looking For

  • An energetic marketer with a passion and understanding for brand building and strategic marketing
  • An organized self-starter who can project manage, multi-task effectively and navigate ambiguity
  • A strong communicator with excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • A storyteller with a student-centric mindset and a flair for creating engaging content
  • Someone comfortable with technology, up-to-date with developments in content management and digital marketing

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Revamp and manage the quarterly Employer e-Newsletter end-to-end: content strategy, editorial calendar, stakeholder inputs from multiple teams, design and production; track performance (open rates, click-through rates, etc.)
  • Adapt and repurpose newsletter content and stories into social media campaigns to engage students, employer partners and University stakeholders
  • Ensure consistent and impactful messaging across digital and print platforms, including social media, newsletters, website, event collateral, and employer communications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and manage multi-channel campaigns to increase student engagement in career programmes and services and key initiatives such as Open House and Career Fest
  • Oversee the development of Annual Reports: consolidate data, ensure accuracy, craft clear narratives and visuals, meet compliance and submission timelines
  • Handle media enquiries, coordinating inputs to craft timely, accurate, and brand-aligned responses
  • Leverage storytelling, student success cases, and data-driven insights to amplify visibility and impact of Career Centre initiatives

Requirements For The Role

  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 5–6 years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading newsletters, reports, and multi-channel campaigns from strategy through execution with measurable results
  • Strong strategic thinking, project and vendor management skills to excel in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume event calendar
  • Passion for experimentation and the ability to originate creative concepts
  • Strong copywriting and editorial skills; ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and visuals
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with various stakeholders
