Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives that target enterprise customers, industry partners, and channel networks.
This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with tactical execution, requiring deep understanding of B2B marketing and an ability to translate technical solutions into compelling business value.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals and sales priorities.
- Define target markets, customer personas, and positioning for mobile robotics products.
Demand Generation & Campaigns
Lead integrated campaigns across digital, events, and content marketing to drive qualified leads.
- Manage marketing automation and CRM systems to support lead nurturing and conversion.
Content & Thought Leadership
Create compelling content (case studies, whitepapers, blogs, videos) that communicates the business value of mobile robotics.
- Partner with technical teams to simplify complex product capabilities into market-ready messaging.
Brand & Communications
Strengthen the company's brand presence across digital channels, industry events, and trade shows.
- Manage public relations, media relations, and industry analyst engagement to position the company as an industry leader.
Partnership & Sales Enablement
Collaborate with sales to provide marketing materials, pitch decks, and ROI calculators tailored to customer needs.
- Support channel and ecosystem partners with co-marketing initiatives.
Analytics & Optimization
Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Continuously optimize marketing activities based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in robotics, automation, industrial technology, or SaaS.
- Proven track record in demand generation, digital marketing, and brand building in a high-growth environment.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and executive audiences.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
