We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in industrial products.
This role involves leading a regional marketing team, shaping brand strategy, and driving campaigns that directly support sales growth across Asia, Middle East and Africa.
The successful candidate will balance leadership, creativity, and commercial focus to position the company as a trusted partner in heavy equipment and industrial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a regional marketing team of 3–4 executives and designers based in Singapore, China, and Indonesia.
- Set clear goals, provide guidance, and ensure accountability within the team.
- Foster collaboration across markets while respecting local business needs.
Strategic Marketing & Branding
- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to industrial products and machinery sectors.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all regional markets.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis for positioning
Campaigns & Demand Generation
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns (digital, print, dealer promotions, exhibitions).
- Oversee creation of brochures, datasheets, videos, and sales toolkits.
- Support the Sales team in lead generation and dealer enablement.
Regional Market Development
- Align marketing efforts with business units in China, Singapore, and Indonesia.
- Support product launches and dealer engagement programs across different countries.
- Adapt campaigns to local market requirements while keeping group-level consistency.
Digital Marketing & Communications
- Lead digital initiatives including website management, social media, SEO/SEM, and email campaigns.
- Produce targeted content for industrial audiences (contractors, dealers, fleet owners).
- Track campaign performance with data-driven reporting.
Exhibitions & Events
- Organize and oversee participation in international trade shows and customer events.
- Ensure world-class presentation of company brand and products at industry platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Business Development, and Operations to ensure marketing supports commercial goals.
Provide regular market insights and competitor intelligence to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 6–10 years of B2B marketing experience in industrial products (heavy equipment, mining machinery, construction machinery, or related industries).
- Proven experience managing a regional team across different countries.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with both traditional B2B marketing and digital channels.
- Creative yet commercially focused, with strong analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel within Asia and occasionally internationally.
