YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE
The Marketing Manager for South East Asia & Pacific will have a specific mission of assessing food industry customer challenges, in line with food safety regulations, and building a scientific marketing action plan in line with the strategy of the company.
The role is central in maintaining a high throughput exchange between countries, regions and global marketing teams.
Reporting to the Executive Vice President of the ASPAC region, the Marketing Manager is responsible for:
- Understanding market needs and trends; performing market segment analyses and competition business intelligence
- Coordinating the communication throughout the region and leading specific transversal projects
- Animating the region’s marketing community with each country’s marketing teams; sharing best practices and consistency in the marketing strategy / approach
- Building marketing action plans in line with the company strategy
- Contributing to the roll out of our Go-to-Market strategy
- Supervising the digital marketing strategy and associated KPIs (website SEO, social media posts, blogs, webinars)
- Sponsoring and promoting the CSR initiatives of the region
YOUR PROFILE
- Marketing or business degree with at least 5+ years experience in Sales and Marketing roles, with technical knowledge in food science
- Experience in food laboratory testing is a plus
- Solid experience in a global / multinational and multicultural organization
- Successful experience in collaborating and influencing/ impacting peers without direct/hierarchical authority
- Autonomous and motivated, accustomed to delivering results with limited direct supervision
- Problem-solving attitude, result-oriented (and capacity to be hands-on), managing execution
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Available for international travel
