About the Role
Verkada is excited to announce our Marketing Development Representative (MDR) program in Singapore! As a Marketing Development Rep, you will sit under Marketing and support Account Executives (AE) in an effort to build pipeline and source net‐new opportunities.

Ideal candidates should be passionate, high energy and a self‐starter with the ability to adapt in a fast‐paced sales organisation.


The MDR program is a 10 month program where you will learn what it takes to be successful in outbound sales and prospecting.

After successful completion of the program, you may be eligible to be promoted to a Sr. MDR position.

If promoted, you will receive a compensation adjustment and an increased quota with the intention of preparing you to be a future AE at Verkada.

This role requires that you be on‐site at our office in Singapore 5 days a week.


What You'll Do
Making a high volume of outbound calls each day.


Identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities for the company.


Contacting and qualifying potential customers.


Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting pipeline goals.


Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to develop strategies for reaching pipeline targets.


Stay up‐to‐date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.


What You Bring
Must speak fluent English
Thai/Malay speaker preferred
6 months of experience in sales or customer service preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Strong problem‐solving and negotiation skills
Time management and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility and adaptability to change
A desire to learn and grow in the sales field

Annual Pay Range
At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company.

With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity.

A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs)
Below is the annual on‐target earnings (OTE) range for full‐time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).


$70,000 - $76,000 SGD
