Job Scope
· Identify and create new sales leads and business opportunities for the modernization of lifts and escalators.
· Highlight our standard packages with the flexibility to customize based on customer requests.
· Deliver persuasive presentations to clients on the benefits and value of modernization solutions.
· Develop and maintain strong understanding of market and industry trends
· Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
· Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
· Achieve sales targets and support marketing campaigns.
· Work closely with technical and project teams for smooth project execution.
· Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, sales activities and monitoring the status in money collection.
Job Requirement
· Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
· –3 years' sales experience, preferably in lift/escalator, construction, or building services industry.
· Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated and results-driven.
