Key Responsibilities
- Highly motivated individuals to promote MasterCard to existing customers of various consumer segment by cross-selling the value propositions of the credit cards
- Engage & build good relationship with customers & deliver good client experience
- Good follow-up skills and ensure customers' applications and documentations are completed for processing timely
- Required to meet performance standards, business goals and targets
- Able to present effectively and communicate comfortably to customers face to face or through telemarketing activities
Other responsibilities include:-
- Call reviews
- Ensures that the turnaround time is being met for the products acquired
- Applications records/entries are updated timely.
- Preferably have some admin related banking experience
- Meticulous and able to work under stress
- Able to work independently.
