About The Role
We are looking for a M&E Drafter to join our team on a full-time basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise engineering drawings and designs to support our projects.
Job Description
- Prepare detailed M&E drawings, including ACMV, fire protection, electrical, lighting.
- Use AutoCAD or other drafting software to create shop drawings, schematic diagrams, single-line diagrams, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate drawings with engineers, consultants, architects, and other disciplines to ensure accuracy and avoid clashes.
- Revise and update drawings based on site conditions, mark-ups, and design changes.
- Support project and site teams by providing timely drawing updates and technical drafting assistance.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local codes, project specifications, and company drafting standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of all drawings and revisions.
- Attend coordination meetings when required to resolve drawing-related issues.
- Assist in preparing submission drawings for authority approvals.
- Ensure high accuracy, clarity, and quality in all drawing outputs.
Requirements
- Preferably with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and above or equivalent.
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Familiar with M&E services layout and coordination.
- Good understanding of local building codes and M&E standards.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Pay: $3, $4,500.00 per month
