What you'll be doing?
- Supervise and coordinate: Oversee M&E work on-site, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of projects.
- Manage subcontractors: Coordinate with subcontractors to keep M&E work on schedule and maintain high-quality standards.
- Ensure compliance: Verify that all M&E works adhere to specifications, drawings, and relevant standards for various systems.
- Safety first: Ensure contractors comply with all necessary safety regulations and codes of practice.
- Facilitate inspections: Arrange and support RE/RTO inspections to maintain project quality and compliance.
- Liaise with authorities: Coordinate with relevant authorities for work commissioning and approvals.
- Attend meetings: Participate in site meetings as required, contributing to project success and team collaboration.
Who are they looking for?
- Educational background: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB)
- Industry experience: 3 to 5 years of working experience in the local construction industry, with a focus on M&E coordination.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications to support project documentation and communication.
- Communication skills: Ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, authorities, and team members.
- Attention to detail: Strong focus on ensuring compliance with specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
