Job Description
Job Description & Requirements
- Prepare M&E works schedule based on the project master schedule.
- Accountable for all M&E works, site inspections, monitoring of progress of work & variation order.
- Responsible in ensuring that all M&E works of the sub-contractors are in compliance to the Company’s and authorities’ requirements.
- Review M&E drawings and other materials submission prepared by the M&E Coordinators to ensure that there are no discrepancies and/or conflicts with the architectural and structural elements.
- To prepare report for the Consultant Progress and Technical Meetings.
- To coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and project team to ensure smooth delivery of work including resolution of design and construction issues.
- Manage all staff within the M&E team.
- Other ad-hoc assigned by the Company.
Job Requirements
- Min.
3 years relevant experience in the Construction Industry.
- Recognised Degree/Diploma in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts.
