Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors on shop drawings, material samples, and method statements, ensuring all parties are informed of the latest revisions and updates.
Attend project and technical meetings to address and resolve site-related issues with owners and consultants, ensuring smooth project progress.
Verify that all site works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements, and ensure subcontractors promptly rectify any non-conformances.
Conduct weekly M&E coordination meetings with subcontractors to ensure proper sequencing of works and to brief site supervisors accordingly, preventing clashes and rework.
Liaise proactively with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve site issues quickly, minimising delays in construction progress.
Ensure that all relevant project documentation is properly maintained, updated, and prepared for ISO audits.
Work closely with the Safety Department to carry out assigned duties in compliance with safety procedures, including the management of permit-to-work requirements.
Coordinate with consultants and contractors for combined services and equipment testing to ensure the site is ready for authority inspections and approvals.
