We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented M&E Project Coordinator / Draftsperson to join our dynamic team.
This role involves both project coordination and technical drafting to support our projects from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage M&E works, liaising with clients, contractors, and local authorities for submissions and approvals.
Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with standards, codes, and safety regulations.
Prepare, update, and review M&E drawings using AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit MEP/BIM is an advantage).
Conduct inspections of M&E installations, such as Fire Sprinkler, Fire Suppression, and Fire Alarm systems.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and consultants to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
Maintain proper drawing records, manage revisions, and prepare submission/as-built documentation.
Assist in site measurements, verification of works, and other ad-hoc project-related tasks.
Requirements:
Diploma/Higher NITEC/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or a related discipline.
Prior experience in Architecture, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering is preferred.
Proficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit MEP or other BIM software is advantageous.
Knowledge of M&E systems, local codes, and authority submission processes (BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA).
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong technical skills may be considered.
Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.
Willingness to attend site visits and adapt to project requirements.
