Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update detailed 2D and 3D mechanical drawings using Creo.
- Support engineers in the design and development of machines and automation systems.
- Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and other technical documentation.
- Ensure drawings meet tolerance, quality, and manufacturability requirements.
- Coordinate with Electrical, Software, and Vision teams for design integration.
- Assist in design reviews and implement revisions as needed.
- Willing to work extended hours during critical project stages.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of drafting experience in semiconductor machinery or automation equipment.
- Proficient in Creo (Pro/ENGINEER) for 2D and 3D drafting.
- Good understanding of mechanical design principles, GD&T, and tolerance stack-up.
- Team player, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under tight timelines.
- Experience in high-speed automation or die attach machines is an advantage.
