Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.Solid background in mechanical design, ideally within the semiconductor sector.Skilled in CAD tools such as Solid Edge, SolidWorks, Pro-E, and AutoCAD.Familiarity with advanced packaging techniques (, wafer-level, integration, flip-chip) is a plus.Understanding of thermal control, vibration damping, and precision motion systems is advantageous.Strong analytical mindset and adaptability in fast-paced engineering environments.
