Job Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and supervise facilities maintenance work
Manage building and M&E services for efficient operations
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and the facilities team to resolve technical issues
Attend meetings, prepare reports, and supervise progress of work
Build and maintain good client relationships and uphold high-quality standards
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building, or Facilities Management
5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance operations is an added advantage
