Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and supervise facilities maintenance work
- Manage building and M&E services for efficient operations
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and the facilities team to resolve technical issues
- Attend meetings, prepare reports, and supervise progress of work
- Build and maintain good client relationships and uphold high-quality standards
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building, or Facilities Management
- 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance operations is an added advantage
