Involve in the development of new products and the assurance of current products that are robust, reliable, top quality, with delightful customer experience in product usage.
Responsibilities
Define, align and execute product design test plan within stipulated schedule and budget.
Expect modular and integrated system level studies and experiments (including HW, FW, SW interactions).
Define, develop, contribute to innovation projects, including new product development, introduce or evolve product test methods, conduct field studies and experiments, develop and prove hypotheses with correlation studies/experiments, process digitalization and automation, data analytics and visualization.
Grow lab capabilities by developing new/modern test methods or applying industrial design and test standards to resolve engineering challenges or improve efficiencies.
Involve in the full hardware product, its sub-assemblies and modules, material level, and end-product integrated system (software and firmware interactions).
Lead small work teams in brainstorming ideas to resolve engineering challenges using problem solving skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or relevant studies
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Engineering Design and Solutions or any related field
Experience with programming or scripting language
Good knowledge in hardware development lifecycle and product lifecycle management
Certification or training in Packaging Engineering is an added advantage
