- Manage and Coordinate Mechanical/M&E works and services for building construction projects
- Plan, develop, and manage work schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Prepare progress reports for clients and project managers, detailing delays, defects, and necessary rectification measures for Mechanical works.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve Mechanical-related issues efficiently.
- Report on Mechanical progress and arrange site inspections with contractors, subcontractors, and clerk-of-works.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations, striving for a zero-accident work environment and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the M&E Contracting industry
- Diploma/NITEC and above in Mechanical or relevant engineering discipline
- Basic knowledge of Project execution processes.
- Advanced knowledge of local code of practice of design implementation.
- Local construction knowledge
