Overview
- Manages administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of an office, with core responsibilities including managing communication (answering phones, emails), scheduling (meetings, travel), document management (filing, preparing reports), and providing general support to staff and clients.
- Manage social media accounts and publicity for the company.
- Handles simple accounting function related to payments
Requirements
- Compulsory to have good computer knowledge
- Must be organised and have ability to work independently
- Must be able to communicate and write well
- Some media background preferred
- Basic accounting knowledge would be an advantage
- Ability to multi task
