We are looking for a bright, detail-oriented, and dynamic Media Campaign Management Executive to join our growing team.
This is an entry-level position ideal for fresh graduates eager to build a career in international media, marketing, and advertising.
The role starts as a temporary appointment, with the opportunity to convert into a permanent position based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Support campaign planning, implementation, and reporting across multiple media platforms globally.
- Assist in preparing proposals, pricing, and campaign schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams, media suppliers, and clients on campaign material delivery and deadlines.
- Monitor campaign progress and ensure accurate campaign tracking, billing, and post-campaign reports.
- Maintain organized records of campaign data, invoices, and performance reports.
- Provide analytical insights and ensure accuracy in campaign delivery and reporting.
Qualifications
- Diploma / bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing communications, advertising, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn the media industry.
