Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Replenish medical consumables in hospitals at various medical stores
- Conduct inventory count regularly and ensure that stock levels are accurate and up to date
- Ensure that supplies are stored and classified properly
- Ensure data is accurately recorded in system, and delivery is arranged
- Manage inventory batch and expiry dates of stocks
- Identify supply chain gaps and deficiencies, and work on improvements
- Ensure that supplies are monitored for quality
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure supplies are used appropriately
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Minimum 'O' and 'N' Level or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Proficient in Mathematics
- Tech savvy, proficient in Computer Literacy
- Experience with regular stock count using handheld scanner, or other devices preferred
- Candidate must be willing to work in a hospital environment
- This is a 9-months contract role.
