As a front-line patient services professional, you will be the first point of contact for patients, handling registration, cashiering, enquiries, financial counselling, in-flight bill follow-up and posting of charges.
You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions between departments.
Additionally, you will perform clerical duties such as data entry and documentation, providing administrative support to the department.
A minimum GCE N Levels, O Levels or A Levels qualification is required for this role.
