Location: Changi Airport (Office-based)
Contract: 1 year, renewable based on performance
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Membership Executive
to support the operations and process management of a large-scale loyalty program.
This role involves ensuring smooth coordination across teams, managing service performance, and driving continuous improvements to enhance the member experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day membership operations such as account management, points crediting, and tier progression.
Handle escalated cases professionally and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Perform data analysis, prepare reports, and support business decision-making.
Assist in system testing, automation initiatives, and new feature rollouts.
Maintain SOPs, training materials, and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions when required.
Conduct audit checks to ensure operational integrity and compliance.
Provide administrative support for loyalty-related initiatives and campaigns.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Business, Management, or related field.
Preferably 1 year of experience in membership services, loyalty program, or operations management.
Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with data reporting tools.
Note: This is not a call Centre or front-line customer service role.
Salary
$3,500/month
1-month completion bonus upon successful contract completion
Off-in-lieu for occasional urgent support outside regular office hours
