The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for prospects generated through inbound demand programs and outbound efforts
Drive pipeline growth by identifying and qualifying leads, setting appointments, and handing off opportunities to Account Executives
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to execute targeted outbound calling campaigns and lead generation strategies
Engage with prospects at events, working booths and initiating conversations that uncover business needs
Identify key decision-makers and influencers within enterprise accounts, building relationships across the purchasing, IT, finance, and executive functions
Ask insightful questions to assess fit and align prospects with Mendix’s value proposition
Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status using CRM tools, ensuring smooth transitions and follow-ups
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in enterprise software sales as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or Inside Sales
Strong phone and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects professionally and persuasively
Working proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
A proactive mindset with a desire to master the SDR role and grow within the organization
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and contribute to a fast‐paced, high‐growth environment
