To support the company's merchant onboarding process and maintain accurate product/merchant listings.
This role combines compliance checks (KYC) with administrative tasks (data entry, listings), ensuring merchants are verified and properly presented on our platform

- Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Salary Range: $2,200 – $3,000
- Location: 68 Kallang Pudding Road, SYH Logistics Building, Singapore
Responsibilities
Merchant Onboarding (KYC & Agreement)
- Collect and verify merchant documents (business registration, IDs, bank proof, etc.)
- Check validity and consistency of all submitted documents
- Conduct basic due diligence (company registry search, sanctions/PEP/adverse news screening)
- Ensure settlement bank account matches company/owner details
- Prepare merchant agreements and confirm correct signatories
- File and organize KYC records for audit and compliance purposes
- Escalate incomplete or suspicious cases to the Compliance/Manager
Listing & Administrative Support
- Prepare and upload merchant/product listings on platform or marketplace backend
- Input information such as images, descriptions, categories, and pricing accurately
- Ensure all listings follow standard formatting and posting guidelines
- Perform quality checks on posted content (e.g., spelling, images, categorization)
- Update or remove listings when merchants/products are inactive or expired
- Maintain a log of created/edited listings for reference and reporting
Requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in handling documents and data
- Basic knowledge of KYC/AML requirements (training will be provided)
- Computer-literate (Excel/Google Sheets, online dashboards)
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills for coordinating with merchants and internal teams
