Responsibilities
Leverage data analytics to support portfolio management, product development, sales, and digital engagement teams. Build and deploy predictive models using techniques such as regression, gradient boosting, NLP, and neural networks. Empower end-to-end marketing campaign operations, including performance tracking, analysis, and optimization. Enable digital adoption through targeted, omni-channel engagement strategies. Coordinate marketing analytics strategies across business functions to align with country overall objectives. Standardize data practices and campaign performance metrics. Support stakeholders in applying analytics for customer acquisition, retention, and digital engagement. Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice exchange across teams. Balance Group-wide consistency with local market customization. Required Skills & Qualifications 2-3 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or data science roles. Proficiency in SQL, SAS, and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling. Strong background in data science, machine learning, and marketing analytics. Experience in campaign design, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing. Familiarity with SME banking, fintech, or consulting environments is a strong advantage. Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams and geographies. Ability to translateplex data insights into actionable business strategies.
