About the Role:
As a key architect, you will leverage your expertise across Microsoft 365 E5 services—including Exchange Online, Teams (meetings/voice), SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview—to design secure, scalable, and innovative collaboration solutions.
You will analyze client landscapes, define target architectures, lead migration and deployment efforts, and guide organizations through digital workplace modernization.
Your Responsibilities:
· Solution Design & Delivery: Develop high-level and low-level architecture artifacts (HLD/LLD, runbooks), oversee implementation, and ensure quality, time, and cost targets.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Articulate the business value and technical impact of solutions, manage expectations, and facilitate discovery and design workshops.
· Customer Adoption & Transformation: Drive change management initiatives, foster user adoption, and accelerate digital workplace modernization through comprehensive programs.
· Technical Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, develop reusable assets, and capture lessons learned to continuously improve methodologies.
· Strategic Guidance: Advise on tenant governance, information architecture, security, compliance, and hybrid/multicloud integration.
· Thought Leadership: Author white papers, develop frameworks, and contribute to industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Experience: Proven consulting background with a focus on Microsoft 365 E5 modernization, tenant architecture, and large-scale migrations (Big 4 or similar preferred).
· Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud identity, networking, device management, security, and hybrid patterns—especially in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, and security solutions.
· Domains of Specialization: At least three of the following: Exchange Online, Teams voice/meetings, SharePoint/OneDrive info architecture, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender, Purview, tenant governance, or migration.
· Analytics & Reporting: Data modeling, tenant health, adoption, and security reporting, with tools like Power BI, Excel, or Tableau.
· Methodology: Structured analysis, issue prioritization, and roadmap development; familiarity with IT operating models and automation (PowerShell, Graph API).
· Communication: Strong presentation skills and ability to facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment.
Preferred Attributes:
· Experience with multi-geo tenants, regulated environments, and complex coexistence scenarios.
· Relevant certifications (e.g., MS-102, SC-300, SC-400, MS-700, MS-203).
· Business case development skills, including ROI/TCO analysis.
· Knowledge of DevSecOps, Agile, Scrum, and automation best practices.
