Salary: Up to $8,100 Basic Salary (Depending on Highest Qualification & Relevant Experience)
Duration of Work: 1 Year Contract, Renewable
Work Day & Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations & Incident Management: Handle incidents and service requests for Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Office applications, ensuring timely resolution.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Implement monitoring tools to proactively detect and resolve issues, generate usage and performance reports, and maintain high service availability.
- Technical Escalation & Vendor Coordination: Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues and liaise with Microsoft Support and other vendors.
- Automation & Scripting: Develop automation solutions and perform administrative tasks using PowerShell to improve efficiency.
- Security & Compliance: Support data classification, implement DLP policies, and ensure compliance with licensing requirements and organizational policies.
- Deployment & Configuration: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services, including hybrid environments with Azure AD and ADFS.
Requirements:
- Certified in MD-102, MS-203, MS-102) & ITIL V3/4
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Experience with Azure AD, ADFS, and hybrid messaging environment
