Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead to drive end-to-end implementation and customization of Dynamics 365-based business solutions.

This role involves leading a team of developers, designing scalable architecture, integrating third-party systems, and ensuring best practices in CRM delivery.

You will play a critical role in delivering enterprise-grade solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Power Platform modules — while also collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align business goals with technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 CE solutions including model-driven apps, plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows.

  • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 for multiple modules (Sales, Field Service, Customer Service).

  • Guide and mentor a team of developers and ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.

  • Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions .

  • Integrate CRM with external systems using Web APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.

  • Plan and manage solution deployment across development, UAT, and production environments using Azure DevOps .

  • Design and implement data migration strategies using SSIS packages, console apps, and CRM data mapping.

  • Ensure all technical documentation, version control, and solution management is up to date and maintained.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues across environments, ensuring high availability and security compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 development, with at least 2 years in a technical lead role.

  • Proven hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Field Service, Customer Service).

  • Proficiency in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Web API) and CRM scripting languages (JavaScript, jQuery).

  • Strong expertise in Power Platform : Power Automate, Power Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse.

  • Experience with Azure services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API management.

  • Solid understanding of CRM customizations , plugin development, workflows, and SSRS reporting.

  • Experience managing deployments using Azure DevOps and source control tools (e.g., Git).

  • Experience in data migration using tools like SSIS, custom console apps, or third-party connectors.

  • Preferred certified in Power platform Consultant and Developer.

  • Good to have Microsoft Functional Consultant Certified.

  • Experience integrating third-party systems (e.g., payment gateways, ERP).

  • Understanding of security roles, user management, and CRM performance optimization.

  • Experience working in public sector or government projects is a plus.

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong Agile/Scrum project delivery experience.
