Detailed Job Description
Implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations/AX solutions:
To gather customer’s business requirements;
To configure Microsoft Dynamics FO system to meet customers’ business requirements;
To communicate with internal technical team on customers’ system’s enhancements;
Enable customers to utilize ERP implementations’ standards;
To convert data from legacy systems to new Microsoft Dynamics FO system;
Provide training and post-implementation support to end users:
To demonstrate features of Microsoft Dynamics FO system;
Resolving any support issues raised pertaining to Microsoft Dynamics FO or AX system
Potentially participating and assisting in the sales process:
To deal directly with prospects from different industries to understand and identify their current and future needs;
To identify process improvement opportunities for our customers;
To be able to provide the scope of implementation and estimates.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree or professional certification in Accountancy/Business Administration/Information Technology or related field
Minimum 2 years AX/NAV/Dynamics 365 FO/BC implementation experience
Candidate with more than 5 years AX/NAV/Dynamics 365 FO/BC implementation experience will be considered for Senior and Consulting Manager position
Candidates with system (e.g. Sage Accpac, MYOB, SAP Business One) implementation/end-user experience will be considered for Associate position
Possess good analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills
Good command of the English language is a must to support customers based in Singapore
Available for overseas travel
