Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Microsoft Dynamics and Power Apps Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), .NET, and JavaScript.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and enhance business applications that support the company's digital transformation initiatives.
You will have the opportunity to work on end-to-end projects—from requirements gathering to solution deployment—across diverse business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize business applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
- Build and maintain web applications using .NET (C#) and JavaScript frameworks.
- Implement and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems/APIs.
- Develop custom Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and automate workflows using Power Automate.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform technical analysis, and propose effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Follow best practices for coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Work closely with business users, analysts, and other developers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2–3 years of professional experience in software/application development.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Strong programming skills in .NET (C#) and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Dataverse, custom connectors, and Power Platform CLI (nice to have).
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration design patterns.
- Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) or MB-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant) .
- Experience with Azure Services, SharePoint, or Power BI.
- Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
