Solution architect with total experience of 12+ years and 7+ years in implementation/consulting in Dynamics D365 CRM.
· Hands-on experience in Microsoft Technologies like C#, SQL Server, SQL BI SSIS, analytics and SSRS reporting in CRM Online or Power BI (Preferable), Azure technologies, Security, Large scale Data migration, complex Integrations involving middle ware.
· Should have excellent knowledge of Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service, Voice of Customer, Portals, Configurations and Customizations, Integration patterns with online/On premise applications, Performance Optimizations, PowerApps, Power Automate, Gateways, Deployments, Azure DevOps.
· Techno-functional exposure in various domains.
· Well experienced in Sales, Service and Marketing modules.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM D365.
· Should have worked in client facing role
· Involved in various project activities like
o Requirement Gathering and Gap Fit Analysis
o Solution Architecture and Design and configurations
o Experience in Integrations with other enterprise systems like ERP, LOB on premise and online systems
o Experience in integrations with MS Outlook, SharePoint, O365 Administration and AD Synchronization
o Data Migration using Scribe/SSIS or similar tools
· Should have worked on extending dynamics CRM by plugins, custom workflow activities and web resources.
· Should have a good understanding of CRM security model
· Should have experience in creating OOB CRM and Custom/SSRS reports for CRM.
· Hands on Experience in configuring, customizing MS Dynamics CRM, CRM Web API and JavaScript (OData/REST).
· Should have experience in implementing large transformational projects involving multi language, multi-currency and multi country deployments
· Should be able to set up implementation road maps, project plans
· Create Techno-functional fitment by interacting with client stakeholders
· Conduct CRM solution approach workshops to the stakeholders
· Create High Level As-Is and To-Be Architecture, Technical design for CRM and obtain necessary approvals from client
· Co-ordinate with various stakeholders including Microsoft and other 3rd Party vendors
· Coordination with offshore team
