Working Arrangements
Working Days/Timings: Monday to Thursday 9:00 am – 6:15 pm; Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
One Saturday per month: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
Working Location: Alexandra Road
Responsibilities
Assist Insurance Department with administrative duties on motor and general insurance.
Liaise with insurance companies and internal/external customers regarding new/renewal quotations and issuance.
Ensure proper updating of transactions into the system and maintain up-to-date records; comply with industry practice for documentation and records.
Handle motor insurance sales and manage emails and phone inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate to process insurance documentation.
Display ethical conduct and practice in all business dealings.
Maintain high service standards and accuracy in policy documentation.
Ensure the requirements of the customer and the company are met.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE 'O' level certificate or above.
Candidates with Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, Comgi, PGi) will have an added advantage.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
