The Engine Overhaul business has the capability to service all products in the Trent engine family, this includes: Trent 500, Trent 700, Trent 800, Trent 900, Trent 1000 and Trent XWB; SAESL is the only Trent engine MRO that can support all product variants.
The Engine Overhaul business has the capacity to repair and overhaul over 300 Trent engines per year and it is equipped with a state-of-the-art Engine Test Facility that supports our best in class engine turnaround times.

Job Summary
The Senior Commercial Executive (SCE) has excellent project management skills and good understanding of competitive pricing strategies/ models and commercial contracts.
As the key individual leading SAESL's bid of high value RFQs, the SCE works with various internal stakeholders, perform data analysis, and execute/ develop pricing strategies to submit competitive RFQ bid proposals in a timely manner to help SAESL gain market share and achieve revenue goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Accountable for the entire RFQ process from RFQ receipt to award, ensuring accurate analysis, timely RFQ bid submissions, and successful awards
- Works closely with various internal stakeholders and analyzes multiple data sets to develop/ execute competitive pricing strategies and models
- Assesses competitive landscape and market trends to develop competitive bids
- Presents pricing analysis/ models and recommendations to management for approvals to bid/ negotiate
- Leads/ supports negotiations with customers to win RFQ bids to gain market share and achieve business revenue goals
- Supports Principal of Commercial Management in contracts (drafting and negotiation) including contract that are awarded from successful RFQ bids
- Briefs internal stakeholders on contractual obligations once RFQ has been awarded
- Resolves invoice disputes, warranty claims and other commercial issues with customers in line with current contractual agreements
- Continuously and proactively review and improve processes
- Deputy for Principal of Commercial Management where required
- Other Ad-hoc tasks or projects as requested by the Commercial Manager
Qualification/Experience
- Experience in pricing proposals required
- Meticulous, accurate and detail oriented (key requirements)
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with analyzing high volume of data, and able to make sound
- decisions independently
- Candidates with experience in contracts review is advantageous
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to communicate with staff of all levels
- Good time and project management skills including ability to prioritize, multitask and work in a fast paced and deadline-driven office environment
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Responsible, proactive and results oriented
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and SAP
- Possess a Degree (Engineering, Finance or Business preferred)
