Role Overview
The Multi-Unit Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operational performance of several WEWA QSR outlets.
This role ensures that our stores deliver excellent customer experience, operational efficiency, and strong financial results.
Reporting to the COO, the Operations Manager will work closely with store managers, kitchen teams, and the back office to execute processes, maintain standards, and support growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across multiple QSR outlets to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent execution.
Support store managers in staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Monitor operational KPIs including sales, labor costs, and food costs; recommend improvements where needed.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) specific to QSR operations to ensure quality, food safety, and customer service standards.
Drive outlet-level initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance customer experience.
Coordinate with the marketing team to support local activations and promotions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, health & safety standards, and company policies.
Provide feedback and insights from the ground to senior management to inform decision-making.
Support the opening of new outlets by coordinating logistics, training, and operational readiness.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of proven operations management experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurants).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support teams in a fast-paced, high-volume QSR environment.
Hands-on operator who thrives in solving problems and improving processes.
Proficient with operational and financial metrics; comfortable with QSR POS and scheduling systems.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
