Job Responsibilities
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications as part of overall project implementation.
- Enhance and maintain existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas for improvement or modification.
- Integrate software components into a fully functional system, ensuring seamless performance and usability.
- Develop and execute software verification plans and quality assurance procedures to ensure high standards of code quality and reliability.
- Prepare and maintain technical and operational documentation to support software functionality and usage.
- Investigate and troubleshoot software issues, providing effective solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Proactively communicate with customers, ensuring timely updates and high levels of satisfaction with technical support and service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Equivalent.
- Min 3 years in proficiency in software development in .NET
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support, with a passion for delivering excellent user experiences and going above and beyond to assist customers.
- Knowledge of software integration, system testing, and QA processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and explain technical concepts.
