About the Role
We are looking for an Application Support Engineer (L1–L2) to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for applications built on .NET and Java.
This role focuses on monitoring, incident resolution, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1–L2 support for .NET and Java applications.
- Monitor system health and respond to alerts or incidents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues within defined SLAs.
- Escalate unresolved issues to L3/development teams with proper documentation.
- Assist users with technical queries and ensure timely updates on issue status.
- Maintain logs, incident records, and contribute to the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in application support (L1–L2).
- Working knowledge of .NET (Core/Framework) and Java applications.
- Familiarity with SQL queries for basic troubleshooting.
- Experience with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and incident tracking.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts and handle multiple priorities.
