We are hiring an experienced .NET Developer to support critical development and maintenance of high-performance solutions supporting both public and private market strategies within the fund.
You’ll play a key role in building robust, maintainable systems and contribute to the team’s long-term transformation roadmap.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues with software applications, ensuring smooth and efficient operation by providing timely and effective support.
Diagnose and address technical issues reported by users, including application bugs, data errors, and performance-related problems.
Analyze error logs and system behavior to identify recurring issues, implementing preventative measures to enhance application stability.
Perform updates, patches, and configuration changes to ensure the application aligns with the latest company codebase and industry standards.
Manage, prioritize, and resolve support requests in a timely manner to minimize user disruption.
Provide technical assistance to users encountering issues with the application, offering clear solutions and guidance.
Communicate technical problems and solutions to individuals with varying levels of technical expertise.
Collaborate with the development team to identify and report bugs, recommend improvements, and contribute to overall application enhancements.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
7+ years of experience developing end-to-end business applications using technologies such as C# .NET, AWS, TDD
2+ years of experience working with Web Services APIs.
Deep understanding of software architecture, database concepts, and system integration.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly motivated, able to work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.
Ability to quickly learn and master new technologies and tools.
