We're seeking an experienced
Network Operations Analyst
to manage and troubleshoot a large-scale, multi-platform network environment.
This is a hands-on, Tier-3 level role focused on incident response, performance monitoring, and operational readiness.
You'll work rotating shifts (including some weekends) to support Toronto time zones and collaborate closely with global L1 and L2 teams.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting, automation, reporting, and improving operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot complex network incidents and escalate as needed
Use monitoring tools and automation to reduce incident resolution time
Support technologies like Cloud, SD-WAN, Wireless, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Routing/Switching, VoIP, DNS, DHCP, CDN
Perform shift handovers, manage ticket queues, report KPIs, and document SOPs
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on chronic/repeat issues
Identify opportunities to enhance automation and reduce noise from alerts
Requirements:
8+ years of hands-on network experience (routing, switching, firewalls, etc.)
3+ years in wireless technologies (e.g., Aruba, ClearPass)
Strong troubleshooting, packet analysis, and scripting (Python preferred)
Flexible with shift work and on-call rotation
Experience in automation and operational process improvement
Nice to Have:
ITIL certification and industry certifications (e.g., CCIE)
Experience in banking/financial sector environments
