Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Network Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in:
Managing and administering enterprise network infrastructure across production, DR, and test environments
Supporting a diverse ecosystem of Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VPNs, Load Balancers, DNS, and NAC
Conducting patching, upgrades, and infrastructure hardening to maintain system integrity
Leading and supporting disaster recovery (DR) tests, failover exercises, and infrastructure readiness checks
Providing second-level support, resolving network incidents, and executing root cause analysis
Presenting changes in formal change advisory board (CAB) meetings and following best practices in IT service management
Monitoring network capacity and performance to ensure seamless operations
Maintaining accurate technical documentation and configuration libraries
Supporting infrastructure-related projects and cross-functional initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Min.
5 years of solid hands-on experience in managing enterprise network and security systems
Proven expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPNs, and related technologies
Experience in high-availability, regulated, or mission-critical environments preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to manage priorities in fast-paced and high-stakes settings
Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset
Preferred Certifications (Not mandatory but highly valued):
Cisco: CCNA / CCNP
Palo Alto: PCNSA / PCNSE
Check Point: CCSA / CCSE
Fortinet: NSE (up to Level 4)
