Position: Network Operations Analyst (Level 2)
Location: Singapore
Experience Required: 3–7 years
Salary Range: SGD 6,000 – 8,000/month

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Operations Analyst (L2) to join our
Infrastructure Network Operations team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing Level 2 support across a wide range of network technologies.
You will be an essential part of business continuity and recovery (BRP) planning and execution, incident management, and second-level problem determination.
The environment covers LAN, MAN, WAN, RLAN, DIA, Wireless, Proxy, Firewall, Load Balancer, and Optical solutions.
Provide Level 2 network operations support in a complex enterprise environment.
Manage and resolve network incidents and service requests in accordance with SLAs.
Participate in BRP/BCP activities to ensure network resilience and recovery.
Troubleshoot issues across routers, switches, WIFI, firewalls, proxies, and voice systems.
Work collaboratively with internal teams, vendors, and service providers.
Execute diagnostics using tools like SolarWinds, Thousand Eyes, and Blackbird.
Manage incidents via ITSM systems; support change and problem management processes.
Ensure compliance with IT Risk & Compliance standards, CIA, BIA, CMDB, IAM policies.
Maintain accurate documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
Support operations in environments with at least 1,000+ network devices .
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in:
Cisco Routing & Switching
Palo Alto Firewalls
Enterprise WIFI (Cisco/Meraki)
Proxy and security appliances
Strong understanding of:
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other networking fundamentals
Telecommunications connectivity and infrastructure
Hands-on experience with:
Palo Alto Firewalls
SD-WAN (Cisco/Viptela)
VMware NSX
AudioCodes Team Voice System
Cisco CUCM (Unified Communications)
Proficient with diagnostic tools and monitoring platforms:
SolarWinds, Thousand Eyes, Blackbird (or similar)
Skilled in packet analysis/sniffer tools (Wireshark or similar).
Experienced in ITSM processes:
Incident, Change, Problem Management
Exposure to:
IT Risk & Compliance
CIA, BIA, CMDB
IAM and Governance frameworks
Familiarity with BCP/BRP exercises and documentation
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field
Mandatory : Cisco Certified Network Associate ( CCNA ) with at least 5 years of work experience
Preferred : Cisco Certified Network Professional ( CCNP )
ITIL Foundation certification is an added advantage
