Network Operations Engineer
Our client in the BFSI are looking to hire a
hands‐on Network Operations Engineer
to ensure the reliability, performance, and availability of our network platforms.
You will troubleshoot complex incidents, optimize operations, implement automation, and collaborate across teams to deliver seamless network support.
Responsibilities
Lead resolution of complex network issues and communicate findings to senior management.
Support and monitor platforms including Routing, Switching, Firewalls, Load Balancers, SD‐WAN, Wireless, Cloud, VoIP, and more.
Analyze network traces and logs to identify root causes and implement solutions.
Manage incident queues, escalations, and shift handovers.
Create and maintain documentation, MoPs, and knowledge base articles.
Identify process gaps and opportunities to enhance automation.
Requirements
At least 5 years hands‐on network experience and 3 years in wireless technologies.
Strong expertise across Routing, Switching, Firewalls, Load Balancers, SD‐WAN, Wireless, Cloud, VoIP, QoS, DHCP, DNS, CDN.
Scripting/automation experience (Python preferred) and advanced tooling knowledge.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem‐solving, and communication skills.
Flexible with on‐call rotation and shift schedules.
