Job Duties
Support the AP Program Management Lead in the end-to-end delivery of Early Careers programs, including onboarding, learning and development sessions, engagement activities, and offboarding
Provide support to events, help to plan, organise, and execute program events such as networking sessions, career workshops, and recognition activities, ensuring smooth logistics and participant engagements
Assist with drafting and distributing program-related communications to participants, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
Maintain program records, track attendance, gather feedback, and prepare reports on program metrics for review by the Program Management Lead.
Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners, and other functional teams to ensure timelines, deliverables, and participant needs are met.
Support employer branding efforts
Assist with scheduling, budget tracking, and vendor coordination as required.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in program coordination, HR, talent development, events management, or a related field (experience in Early Careers or graduate programs is a plus).
