The Role: As part of a rapidly growing Growth team, Reap is looking for an ambitious and energetic New Business & Partnerships Manager to help grow our clientele.
You will generate new business opportunities, lead and develop sales opportunities with clients globally, understand customer requirements, and drive the growth of Reap’s client base and revenue.
You will collaborate closely with all internal departments and have direct access to strategic and business decision makers.

Responsibilities
Drive revenue for Reap, owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to client launch.
Understand the pain points and needs of a diverse client base and convey Reap’s multi-pronged value proposition to different stakeholders and decision makers.
Develop strategies to qualify leads and close high-quality opportunities.
Grow the client base and meet assigned KPIs while forecasting sales revenue accurately and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
Use CRM software to track and manage lead activities, update customer information, and report on lead generation and conversion metrics.
Represent Reap with a deep understanding of our APIs and product offering, while bringing in new product innovation insights from key clients.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts; stay up-to-date with new products and competition status.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers for upsell opportunities.
Work closely with Implementation, Relationship Management and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth handover and long-term client success.
Collaborate on cross-functional projects that enhance the overall client journey.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of proven success in business development.
Fluency in English and Mandarin.
Familiarity with sales performance metrics.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Strong process improvement, cross-functional alignment, and follow-up skills.
Background in crypto/web3 is a plus.
Experience in selling SaaS or API products is a plus.
