Main Responsibilities
Coordinate New Product introduction programme timeline with engineering and manufacturing team.
Collaborate with engineering departments to improve overall product yield and line performance.
Manage new part type performance indices, analyse, identify and communicate opportunity for improvement to achieve Best-in-Class product cycle time.
Build analytical capability to improve NPI line efficiency through automation, interactive software/ interface, and innovative products
Optimize site inventory management through analytic methodology and education.
Align business process, optimizing state-of-the-art scheduling logic, and setting up leading production report and indices.
Job Requirements, Qualifications/Experience
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required
Experiences data analytic, data visualization, and data presentation using Microsoft, SQL or Phyton coding is a plus
Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels
Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable
Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred
