We are committed to sustainability, employee well-being, and community support, and we foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.# Job Summary## Main Responsibilities:* Coordinate New Product introduction programme timeline with engineering and manufacturing team.* Collaborate with engineering departments to improve overall product yield and line performance.* Manage new part type performance indices, analyse, identify and communicate opportunity for improvement to achieve Best-in-Class product cycle time.* Build analytical capability to improve NPI line efficiency through automation, interactive software/ interface, and innovative products* Optimize site inventory management through analytic methodology and education.* Align business process, optimizing state-of-the-art scheduling logic, and setting up leading production report and indices.# Job Requirements, Qualifications/Experience* Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required* Experiences data analytic, data visualization, and data presentation using Microsoft, SQL or Phyton coding is a plus* Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels* Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning* Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus* Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable* Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred* Embody Micron’s core values**:**
