Job description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to assess and align contractor workforce needs.

  • Design and implement scalable contractor recruitment strategies.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of pre-vetted contract talent for rapid deployment.

  • Source, screen, and engage contractors via job boards, agencies, and professional networks.

  • Manage staffing vendor relationships and negotiate terms.

  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the selection process.

  • Monitor and report on contractor hiring metrics and KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and classification standards.

  • Maintain accurate records of contractor assignments, contracts, and renewals.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractor hiring across departments.

  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on contractor hiring best practices.

  • Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and HR to streamline onboarding and offboarding.

Job requirements

  • At least 5 years of prior expreience in talent acquisition
