Qualifications
Proactive and passionate about learning (training and coursework)We need an engineer drawn to creative problem solving and innovative solutionsWe need someone who will investigate process anomalies, root cause analysis, data manipulation, and correlationsWe desire someone ready to learn and apply basic Data Science and Data Manipulation (scripting, coding, or programming)Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication techniques.The shown ability to innovate and drive effective change in an energizing environmentDemonstrated combination of flexibility and tenacity in the pursuit of goalsExcellent technical, communication, and analytical skillsGood verbal and written English communication skillsPreference for experience with metrology or inspection (SEM, X-ray, Laser or Optical Systems)Experience in Statistical process control (SPC), and Design of Experiments (DOE).Experience in data analysis automation using tools such as JMP, Power BI is a plus.
3+ years' experience in RDA Process Development for identifying and resolving defect integration issues.
Familiar with data analysis using Klarity, Yield3, jmp, eBeam Inspection methods, defect reduction analysis and ADC Modeling techniques.
Prior experience in driving cross functional team to improve process functionality.Responsibilities
Reviewing and analyzing experimental process flows looking for defect anomalies and quarantining process tools that are out of controlPossess a continuous improvement process (CIP) demeanor, looking for ways to improve operations, and how to make a difference today!Recognize, identify, and raise awareness of process anomalies with the motivation of who needs to know this now!We want our engineers to use inline process signals to drive process improvementsWork with new inspection tools and strategies to drive towards earlier detection of problems and identify the sourcesBuild and improve upon techniques and identify new ways to use existing tools in order to identify relevant process issuesWe expect active participation in technical meetings and then synthesize from it new opportunities or novel approachesCollaborate with the global network to develop best-known methods and maintain alignment between sitesEducation
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or related field accepted.Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, or related field or 2-5 years semiconductor experience preferred.
