Overview
This role is the core owner of the company’s Odoo platform operations, fully responsible for end-to-end implementation, cross-department collaboration, website and system integration, and continuous optimization using AI technologies.
The objective is to ensure that 100% of the company’s operations run seamlessly on Odoo, achieving efficiency, intelligence, and scalability.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience with strong Odoo project portfolio.
Odoo Expertise : Minimum 3+ years in Odoo system implementation, customization, or administration, with hands-on experience in Website, E-commerce, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting modules.
Front-End & Integration Skills : Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), with knowledge of QWeb, Snippets, and Odoo Website/E-commerce modules.
Strong experience integrating APIs (payment gateways, logistics, WooCommerce/Shopify, etc.).
Project Implementation Management : Proven ERP/Odoo implementation experience, capable of leading requirement gathering, solution design, UAT, training, and delivery.
Cross-Department Collaboration : Experience working with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Production, and Warehouse teams to unify processes and data flows.
AI Awareness : Understanding of applying AI technologies (predictive analytics, recommendation engines, chatbots, anomaly detection) to enhance Odoo workflows.
Database & Backend : Familiarity with PostgreSQL and basic Python/Odoo ORM.
Security & Compliance : Knowledge of GDPR/PDPA compliance, user authentication, and secure coding practices.
Bonus Skills :
Multi-company, multi-currency, and cross-border Odoo implementation experience.
Experience with DevOps/CI-CD, Odoo Online, or Odoo SH deployments.
PMP/Agile/Scrum certification.
Key Responsibilities
Odoo Platform Implementation & Management : Lead the company’s complete operations on Odoo, across Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Finance, Production, Website, and E-commerce modules.
Front-End & System Integration : Customize and develop Odoo Website & E-commerce features, interfaces, and modules; Build QWeb templates and reusable Snippets to enhance user experience; Integrate external systems (payment, logistics, WooCommerce, AI APIs) for seamless data synchronization.
AI-Driven Optimization : Apply AI technologies to the Odoo platform for Sales Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, Customer Experience, and Financial Analysis; continuously monitor and optimize processes for cost savings and efficiency.
Implementation & Training : Organize UAT sessions, prepare documentation, and deliver user training; Oversee system go-live, stability monitoring, and ongoing improvement; Provide troubleshooting and technical support.
Collaboration & Communication : Partner with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth system adoption; Report project progress and optimization outcomes to management.
